Hyundai has unveiled its latest flagship electric vehicle, the Ioniq 9. This three-row SUV is poised to redefine the luxury electric mobility segment. It offers an impressive range. The SUV also includes advanced technology and a spacious interior.

Power and Performance The Ioniq 9 is powered by a robust 110.3kWh battery pack, enabling an estimated range of up to 620 kilometers on a single charge (WLTP cycle). The vehicle comes in two primary trims: Long-Range and Performance. Each offers a range of drivetrain configurations to suit diverse driving preferences.

The Long-Range variant provides both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive options. The all-wheel drive option features a combined output of 313 horsepower. The Performance trim exclusively offers all-wheel drive, delivering even greater power and acceleration.

Luxurious Interior and Advanced Features The Ioniq 9 provides a spacious interior. It is luxurious with seating configurations for six or seven passengers. The vehicle is equipped with a host of advanced features, including:

  • Massage functions for front and second-row passengers
  • A flexible Universal Island 2.0 console
  • A panoramic curved display with 12-inch infotainment and instrument clusters

The Ioniq 9 has a cargo capacity of 620 liters. This can be expanded to 1,323 liters with the third-row seats folded. It offers ample space for both passengers and luggage.

A Design Statement The Ioniq 9 showcases Hyundai’s latest design language. It features a sleek and aerodynamic profile. The drag coefficient is 0.259. The vehicle’s distinctive Parametric Pixel LED lighting signature adds a touch of futuristic elegance.

Hyundai plans to introduce the Ioniq 9 in both the Korean and U.S. markets during the first half of 2025. This highly anticipated electric SUV is set to elevate the standards of luxury electric mobility.
