Oppo Launches Find N5, the World’s Thinnest Foldable Smartphone
In a significant development, Oppo has globally launched the Find N5, its latest book-style foldable smartphone, on Thursday. This highly anticipated device is the successor to the Find N3, which was released in 2023. The Oppo Find N5 boasts Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, enabling advanced on-device and cloud-based artificial intelligence capabilities.
The Oppo Find N5 has several standout features. Its innovative Flexion Hinge design provides 36% more rigidity than its predecessor. This enhancement is attributed to the use of Grade 5 titanium alloy in the wing’s plate build. Moreover, Oppo claims that the Find N5 is the “world’s thinnest foldable” phone, measuring a mere 8.93mm when folded and weighing 229g.

In India, the Oppo Find N5 is expected to be priced around ₹1,06,960. This is for the base variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. However, the exact launch date and pricing details for the Indian market are yet to be confirmed.
