Spotify Rolls Out New Updates for Enhanced Music Experience
Spotify has announced several updates to improve the listening and playlist curation experience. The music streaming platform has redesigned its Queue feature, making it easier to manage tracks.
Key Updates:
- Queue Redesign: The Queue option now has a more intuitive design. It provides easy access to controls like Smart Shuffle, Sleep Timer, and Repeat. Premium subscribers can enjoy these features, including automatic track recommendations after the queued list ends.
- Playlist Management: Users can now find Add, Sort, and Edit options at the top of every playlist. This allows for swift customization of track lists.
- Hide and Snooze Features: The updated Hide button lets users skip songs in playlists. The Snooze button temporarily removes tracks from recommendations for 30 days.
- New Playlist Creation: A new “+” button in the mobile app makes creating playlists easier. It enables users to collaborate with friends and join Blends. Users can also access Jams and AI Playlists, which are exclusive to Premium subscribers.
