Lava Blaze Duo 3 India Launch Confirmed, Key Specs Revealed Ahead of Debut
Lava has officially confirmed the launch date of the Lava Blaze Duo 3 in India. The smartphone will debut on January 19. Ahead of the event, teasers and an Amazon listing have already surfaced. Meanwhile, these have revealed the phone’s design and major specifications.
Launch Date and Design Details
First, Lava announced the launch through a post on X (formerly Twitter). The teaser image shows the device in an off-white matte finish. At the same time, the back panel appears completely flat.
Additionally, the edges look softly rounded. The overall profile seems slim and lightweight. Earlier, Lava also teased a black variant of the same phone.
In terms of design, the Blaze Duo 3 resembles the Lava Blaze Duo 5G. However, its secondary rear display appears slightly smaller than that of the Xiaomi 17 Pro series. Despite this, the extra screen still looks functional and useful.
This rear display is expected to serve multiple purposes. Users can check notifications quickly. Moreover, they can control music playback. They may also take selfies using the rear cameras. Besides that, select apps could run directly on this mini screen.
Camera Module and AI Features
On the top-left corner of the back panel, Lava has placed a rectangular black camera module. Inside it, two large circular lenses sit vertically. Right beside them, a small rectangular secondary screen is visible.
Furthermore, an elliptical LED flash sits within the same module. The rear panel engraving clearly highlights an AI-backed 50-megapixel primary camera. Meanwhile, the Lava branding runs vertically near the bottom.
A small “5G” logo also appears on the back. This confirms support for next-generation networks.
Display, Performance, and Software
The Lava Blaze Duo 3 has already appeared on Amazon. The listing shows the phone in Moonlight Black colour. More importantly, it confirms several key specifications.
The device will run Android 15 out of the box. It will feature a 6.6-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED main display. This screen will offer up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness.
Additionally, the phone includes a 1.6-inch secondary rear screen. Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7060 chipset. Lava has paired it with 6GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage.

According to Amazon, the Blaze Duo 3 will use a 50-megapixel Sony IMX752 rear sensor. This camera comes with an f/1.8 aperture. Meanwhile, the front houses an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.
For power, Lava has included a 5,000mAh battery. It supports 33W fast charging as well. The phone also features stereo speakers and an IR blaster.
Security-wise, users get an in-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 5G, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo.
Physically, the device measures 7.55mm in thickness. It weighs just 181 grams. Moreover, it carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.
