Vivo is planning to launch the Vivo V70 FE smartphone in India very soon. The company first introduced this Fan Edition model in Indonesia earlier this month alongside the standard Vivo V70.
According to reliable sources, the Indian variant of the Vivo V70 FE will arrive in early April. A popular tech blogger recently shared several key details about the upcoming launch. The phone is expected to be priced under Rs. 35,000 in India, making it slightly more affordable than its Indonesian version.
In Indonesia, the Vivo V70 FE was launched on March 9 with a starting price of approximately Rs. 35,000 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model. Higher variants with 8GB + 512GB and 12GB + 512GB storage were priced around Rs. 39,000 and Rs. 40,000 respectively.
The device will be available in three attractive colours: Blue, Light Purple, and Silver. After its launch in India, the Vivo V70 FE is expected to go on sale through Amazon.
The Indian version is likely to come with almost the same specifications as the Indonesian model. It features a large 6.83-inch 1.5K Q10+ AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,900 nits peak brightness. The phone also offers strong protection with IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings.
Powering the Vivo V70 FE is a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo processor built on a 4nm process. It comes with fast LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The smartphone packs a massive 7,000mAh battery that supports blazing-fast 90W wired charging.
The Vivo V70 FE is designed for photography. It includes a powerful dual rear camera setup. This setup is headlined by a 200-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. On the front, it has a 32-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
Additionally, the Indian model is expected to support eSIM functionality. This will be a useful feature for many users in the country.
