Xiaomi 17T Series Nears Global Launch as 17T Pro Clears Thailand Certification
Xiaomi is preparing to launch its next T-series smartphones. The company has already started the certification process for the Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro. These models will succeed the Xiaomi 15T series that debuted globally last September.
The Xiaomi 17T has now received approval from Thailand’s NBTC certification body. It appeared on the database with model number 2602EPTC0G. This listing suggests that the phone will soon become available in Thailand and other selected global markets.
Just one week earlier, the standard Xiaomi 17T also showed up on Singapore’s IMDA website. It carried model number 2602DPT53G. The Singapore listing confirmed support for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC connectivity.
Both phones have also surfaced on the global IMEI database. The Xiaomi 17T carries model number 2602EPTC0G, while the Xiaomi 17T Pro uses 2602EPTC0R.
According to recent leaks, the Xiaomi 17T Pro will pack a powerful 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. It may also feature strong IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings. The phone is expected to come with a massive 8,500mAh battery and support 100W fast wired charging. In addition, it might include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for quick and secure unlocking.
Other key details such as the full specifications, design, camera setup, and pricing remain unknown for now. However, more information is likely to surface in the coming weeks.
For comparison, the previous Xiaomi 15T Pro launched in September 2025. It started at GBP 649 (roughly Rs. 77,000) for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. That model ran on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor and included a 5,500mAh battery.
Xiaomi fans around the world are now eagerly waiting for the official announcement of the Xiaomi 17T series. The company is expected to reveal both the standard and Pro models very soon.
