Google Pixel 10a Now Available for Pre-Order in Japan with New Isai Blue Colour

Google has started pre-orders for the Pixel 10a in Japan. The company made this announcement on Tuesday. This comes one month after the phone launched in other markets, including India.

Additionally, Google introduced a special new colour option for the Japanese market. The Pixel 10a Isai Blue edition is available exclusively in Japan. The company collaborated with Japanese lifestyle brand Heralbony to create this unique colour.

The new Isai Blue variant comes with 256GB storage only. Its price is set at JPY 94,900, which is roughly Rs. 55,000. Meanwhile, the 128GB model costs JPY 79,900, about Rs. 46,000. With this launch, Japan now offers four colour options: Isai Blue, Berry, Fog, Lavender, and Obsidian.

According to a post by Google on X, pre-orders for the Pixel 10a have begun. The Isai Blue edition will go on sale in Japan on May 20 through the Google online store.

The Pixel 10a offers the same specifications as its global version. It features a 6.3-inch Actua pOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and 3,000 nits peak brightness. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.

Moreover, the phone runs on Android 16. Google promises seven years of OS updates and seven years of security updates. It is powered by the Tensor G4 chipset and includes 8GB of RAM. The device supports up to 256GB of storage.

In addition, the Pixel 10a comes with a large 5,100mAh battery. It supports 30W wired charging and 10W wireless charging. The phone carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It measures 153.9 x 73 x 9mm and weighs around 183 grams.

For photography, the Pixel 10a has a dual rear camera setup. It includes a 48-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilisation. It also features a 13-megapixel ultrawide camera with a 120-degree field of view. On the front, users get a 13-megapixel selfie camera.

Overall, the Pixel 10a brings Google’s clean software experience and reliable performance to more customers in Japan.
