Most variants could target global markets.
India may get only the standard Vivo V70.
There is a chance the Vivo V70 FE 5G could also arrive.
Other variants may remain exclusive to international markets.
No Pro or Pro Plus Models Expected
The tipster claims there will be no Pro model.
A Pro Plus variant is also not planned.
This marks a shift from previous naming strategies.
For comparison, the Vivo V60 lineup featured multiple editions.
It included V60 Lite 5G, V60 Lite 4G, V60, and V60e.
However, India only received the V60 and V60e.
Vivo V70 Appears on Certification Sites
Details about the new series remain unofficial.
Even so, signs of its arrival are emerging.
A new Vivo phone recently appeared on the BIS website.
It was listed with model number V2538.
Reports suggest this model could be the Vivo V70.
A Geekbench listing offers more clues.
The device may use an octa-core chipset.
It includes a 2.80GHz prime core, four 2.40GHz performance cores, and four 1.84GHz efficiency cores.
The GPU is listed as Adreno 722.
This graphics unit supports the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 platform.
The listing hints at strong mid-range performance.
Possible Rebadged Model
According to multiple reports, the Vivo V70 may be a rebadged Vivo S50.
The Vivo S50 is set to launch in China on December 15.
If true, the global V70 may share its design and hardware.
The V70 series is expected to debut soon.
More leaks are likely in the coming weeks.
Vivo has not yet confirmed any official details.
