Major smartphone brands, including , , , and , are increasing prices across mid-range and flagship devices in India. The move reflects growing pressure on the global supply chain.

Firstly, the cost of key components continues to rise. Memory parts such as and have become more expensive. At the same time, demand for AI infrastructure has surged.

As a result, tech companies are buying large volumes of RAM and GPU chips for data centres. Consequently, supply for smartphone components has tightened. Moreover, manufacturers are shifting production toward high-bandwidth memory to support AI systems.

Therefore, smartphone makers now face higher production costs. In response, they are raising device prices in multiple markets, including India.

On Friday, revised prices for its latest models. The OnePlus 15 now starts at Rs. 77,999. Earlier, it launched at Rs. 72,999. Meanwhile, the higher variant now costs Rs. 85,999, showing a clear increase.

Similarly, the OnePlus 15R has become more expensive. Its base variant now sells for Rs. 52,999. Previously, it launched at Rs. 47,999.

However, OnePlus is not alone. Reports suggest that has also raised prices. The Nothing 4a Pro may now start at Rs. 44,999. In comparison, it launched at Rs. 39,999.

Meanwhile, the Nothing 4a appears to retain its earlier starting price. Still, pricing adjustments across variants remain possible.

In addition, is expected to increase prices for its Note series. The Redmi Note 15 Pro+ may now cost Rs. 39,999. Likewise, the Redmi Note 15 Pro could rise to Rs. 31,999.

Finally, has reportedly raised prices as well. The Realme 16 Pro+ now starts at Rs. 44,999. Earlier, it launched at Rs. 39,999.

At the same time, the Realme 16 Pro is now expected to begin at Rs. 36,999. Previously, it was priced at Rs. 31,999.
