Motorola Razr Fold Set to Launch in India on May 13
Motorola has officially confirmed the India launch of its premium foldable smartphone. The company will introduce the Motorola Razr Fold on May 13. Customers can purchase the device through Flipkart and select retail stores across the country.
The Razr Fold already enjoys strong popularity in international markets. It features a large 8.1-inch inner LTPO pOLED display and a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. Moreover, the phone offers excellent performance for multitasking and entertainment.
Motorola will offer the Razr Fold in two elegant colours: Pantone Blackened Blue and Pantone Lily White. Buyers can choose between 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB variants. The company will also bring a special FIFA World Cup 26 Edition with unique football-inspired design elements.

The book-style foldable phone runs on Android 16 with Motorola’s My UX interface. It includes a 6.6-inch cover display with a smooth 165Hz refresh rate and impressive 6,000 nits peak brightness. The inner screen delivers a sharp 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate for fluid visuals.
A triple rear camera system powers photography on the device. It consists of a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. Users also get a 32MP selfie camera on the cover and a 20MP shooter on the inner display.
Battery life stands out strongly. The Razr Fold packs a 6,000mAh battery that supports fast 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Additionally, the phone carries an IP49 rating for dust and water resistance.
Motorola first unveiled the Razr Fold at MWC 2026 with a global price of EUR 1,999 (roughly Rs. 2,14,200). The upcoming India launch gives consumers in the country access to this advanced foldable experience.
