Acer Launches New Swift Air 14 Laptop
Acer has introduced the Swift Air 14 laptop. The company unveiled this new model ahead of Computex 2026. Moreover, it joins the popular Swift series with strong AI capabilities.
This Windows 11 laptop runs on Intel’s latest Core Series 3 processors. It also features a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU). As a result, the device supports smooth AI-powered experiences. Additionally, Acer launched the Swift Spin 14 AI, a new convertible model that further expands its AI PC lineup.
Key Features
The Swift Air 14 comes with a lightweight aluminium body. It offers excellent portability and a modern design. The laptop includes a 14-inch WUXGA display with a fast 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the screen delivers bright visuals up to 350 nits and covers 100% sRGB colors.
Powered by up to an Intel Core 7 processor, the device handles daily tasks efficiently. It provides up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB SSD storage. Users can also expand storage up to 1TB. Moreover, the laptop features a dedicated Copilot key for quick access to Microsoft’s AI assistant.
Battery and Design
Acer equips the Swift Air 14 with a large 70Wh battery. This allows up to 19 hours of video playback and up to 16 hours of web browsing. In addition, fast charging technology gives 50% charge in about 30 minutes.
The laptop weighs only 1.25kg and measures just 12.9mm thin at its slimmest point. It also includes a 180-degree hinge for flexible use. For better audio, it comes with quad stereo speakers supported by DTS X: Ultra.
Camera and Connectivity
For video calls, Acer added an FHD IR camera with Windows Hello facial recognition. It also has a privacy shutter for extra security. Furthermore, Acer’s PurifiedView and PurifiedVoice technologies improve video quality and reduce background noise during calls.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, two USB Type-C ports, one USB Type-A port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Availability
The Acer Swift Air 14 will go on sale in EMEA markets in July 2026. It will reach North America in August 2026 and Australia in the third quarter of 2026. The laptop comes in four attractive colors: Sage Green, Frost Blue, Blossom Pink, and Lilac Purple.
Acer has not yet revealed the official pricing. Overall, the Swift Air 14 targets users who want a lightweight, powerful, and AI-ready laptop for work and daily use.
