Boat has launched the CineHead F1 Pro projector in India. The company introduced the model on Monday as the first product in its new CineHead F1 series. At the same time, Boat revealed basic details about the standard CineHead F1 model. That version will arrive later this month.
The CineHead F1 series marks Boat’s first projectors with Google TV. Both models offer native 1080p projection and support up to 4K resolution. The Pro version also includes Dolby Audio. In addition, the projectors can create images up to 120 inches in size.
Boat has priced the CineHead F1 Pro at Rs 32,999. This figure represents an introductory offer. The projector is already available on the official Boat website, Amazon, and Flipkart. Meanwhile, the company will announce pricing and availability for the standard CineHead F1 closer to its launch date.
The CineHead F1 Pro runs on Google TV 5.0. This platform gives users access to more than 10,000 apps through the Google Play Store. It also provides personalised recommendations, multiple user profiles, and a dedicated Kids mode. Furthermore, the system includes Google Assistant for voice control. The remote supports voice commands and features dedicated Netflix and YouTube buttons.
Google TV 5.0 also enables wireless screen mirroring. The projector itself includes several convenience features. These include autofocus, automatic keystone correction, and obstacle avoidance. As a result, users need fewer manual adjustments during setup. An adjustable stand comes with the device as well.
For connectivity, the CineHead F1 Pro supports dual-band Wi-Fi on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. It also offers Bluetooth 5.1, HDMI, USB, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. HDMI ARC and eARC support are present too. Inside, the projector uses a MediaTek chipset paired with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage.
With these features, Boat aims to deliver a complete smart projection experience in the mid-range segment.
