Samsung Galaxy A27 Surfaces Online, Launch Appears Imminent
is preparing to expand its Galaxy A lineup once again. Earlier this year, the company introduced the Samsung Galaxy A37 and the Samsung Galaxy A57. Now, a new model—the Samsung Galaxy A27—is expected to join the series.
Recently, Samsung accidentally confirmed the device. It briefly appeared on the company’s Brazil website. The listing showed the phone as compatible with Samsung Wallet. Therefore, this suggests that the launch may not be far away.
Moreover, several leaks have already revealed key details. The Galaxy A27 is likely to feature a modern design. It may include a hole-punch display for the front camera. In addition, the rear panel could carry a triple-camera setup arranged vertically. The device is also expected to include Samsung’s Key Island design element.
In terms of specifications, the smartphone may retain a 6.7-inch display. Furthermore, reports suggest a triple rear camera system. This setup could include a 50-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the front, users may get a 12-megapixel selfie camera.
Under the hood, the phone is expected to run on the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset. It will likely feature an octa-core processor. At the same time, it may come with 6GB of RAM. The device is also expected to run on Android 16.
Additionally, the Galaxy A27 has appeared on certification platforms. It was spotted on the IMEI database and Geekbench with model number SM-A276B. These sightings further indicate that development is in an advanced stage.
The Galaxy A27 will succeed the Samsung Galaxy A26, which launched in India last year. That model entered the market with a price tag of Rs. 24,999. Therefore, the new device is expected to fall in a similar price range.
However, Samsung has not officially announced the launch date yet. Even so, the growing number of leaks and listings strongly point toward an upcoming release.
