Sony WH-CH730N headphones have appeared in European retail listings. These listings reveal an expected price range, colour options, and launch timing.
The upcoming over-ear model is expected to sit below Sony’s flagship WH-1000XM6. The listings mention active noise cancellation, several connectivity options, and a weight of 220 grams.
Sony has not yet officially announced the headphones. However, retailers in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Portugal have already listed them. Reports point to an October 15 release. Some listings show pre-order deliveries around October 20.
Prices range from EUR 98.26 (about Rs 10,900) to EUR 149.99 (about Rs 16,700). This range is similar to the earlier WH-CH720N, which launched at EUR 149. By comparison, the WH-1000XM6 currently sells for around EUR 333 in some European markets.
The listings show five colour options: Beige, Black, Blue, Pink, and White. They also mention Bluetooth, USB Type-C, a 3.5 mm audio port, and active noise cancellation. Other details such as battery capacity and driver size remain unconfirmed.
For context, Sony launched the WH-CH720N in India in March 2023 at Rs 9,990. That model weighed 192 grams and offered up to 35 hours of battery life with noise cancellation on. Playback extended to 50 hours with noise cancellation off.
Sony’s current premium model, the WH-1000XM6, sits higher in the lineup. It uses more advanced noise-cancelling hardware and supports additional audio codecs. In India it is priced at Rs 39,990.
More official details should appear closer to the expected October launch.
