Moto G67s Power Appears on Geekbench Ahead of a Possible Launch

Motorola’s Moto G67s Power appears on Geekbench, hinting at specifications and a potential launch.

Moto G67s Power Appears on Geekbench Ahead of a Possible Launch

Motorola launched the Moto G67 Power 5G in India last year. That phone has a 7,000mAh battery. A follow-up named Moto G67s Power may be next. The unannounced handset has appeared on Geekbench. The listing also hints at several specifications.

The Geekbench entry lists single-core and multi-core scores of 687 and 1,088. It names a MediaTek MT6835 processor and a Mali-G57 MC2 graphics unit. The chip has eight cores. Six run at 2.00GHz. Two run at 2.50GHz. That layout matches the Dimensity 6400. The listing also shows 4GB of RAM and Android 16.

This would mark a platform change. Recent Moto G Power phones have used Qualcomm chips. The Moto G57 Power has a Snapdragon 6s Gen 4. The Moto G67 Power 5G uses a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2. Motorola launched the latter in India in November last year. The only option was 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, priced at Rs 15,999.

The current G67 Power 5G has a 6.7-inch full-HD+ LCD. Resolution is 1,080 x 2,400 pixels. The refresh rate is 120Hz. Gorilla Glass 7i covers the screen. The phone also carries MIL-STD-810H durability certification.

Its rear cameras include a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 main sensor. An 8-megapixel ultrawide camera sits beside it, along with a flicker sensor. The front camera is 32 megapixels. The phone has an IP64 dust and splash rating. Battery capacity is 7,000mAh. Wired charging is rated at 30W.

Geekbench does not confirm a price or India date for the G67s Power. Listings can also change before launch. Still, the leak suggests Motorola is preparing another Power-series phone, this time with a MediaTek chip instead of Snapdragon.
