Garmin App Code Hints at a Cirqa Smart Band Pro

Garmin has already been linked to a Cirqa smart ring. A new report now points to a second Cirqa product. Clues in the latest Garmin Connect app mention a Cirqa Smart Band Pro. The software refers to two physical buttons, alarms, and audio feedback. Those details suggest a more interactive wearable than Garmin’s current screen-less bands.

Gadgets and Wearables said the Cirqa Smart Band Pro name appears in the app. One resource is labeled device_tutorial_alarms_message_1. It tells users they can set alarms on the Cirqa Smart Band Pro through Garmin Connect. The same name reportedly appears in versions 5.28.1 and 5.29.

Other tutorial text describes alarm behavior. The band would vibrate when an alarm sounds. Pressing either button could snooze it. Holding either button could stop it.

Garmin’s existing Cirqa Smart Band has only one button. Users start activities by tapping that control. The Pro tutorials mention two separate buttons. An activity button could start, pause, and stop a workout. A controls button could open another menu. It could also show daily statistics.

The code also refers to volume. The activity button could raise volume. The controls button could lower it. Another line tells users to wait until the volume level is confirmed. That wording points to audio feedback.

An assistance tutorial adds another clue. Holding the controls button could trigger an assistance function. A further instruction says a request can be cancelled. The user would hold either button until a “Canceled” confirmation is heard.

None of this confirms a launch date. App strings can change or disappear. Still, repeated references across two Connect versions keep the rumor alive. If the Pro model arrives, it could sit above the simpler Cirqa band and give Garmin another screen-free wearable with extra controls.
