OnePlus Launches N6x Smartphone in India

OnePlus has launched the N6x in India on Friday. The handset joins the recently introduced N series as its second model. It serves as the new entry-level offering in the lineup. The OnePlus N6x will go on sale in the country next week. Buyers can purchase it through an e-commerce platform and the company’s website.

The smartphone comes in two color options. It also offers two RAM and storage configurations. An octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6000 series chipset powers the device. A 7,000mAh battery backs the phone and supports 15W wired fast charging.

OnePlus N6x Price and Availability in India

The OnePlus N6x starts at Rs. 18,999 in India. This price covers the base variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The higher 4GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration costs Rs. 20,999.

OnePlus offers an instant bank discount of Rs. 1,500 on cards from select banks. Customers can also choose up to six months of no-cost EMI options.

The new handset goes on sale in India on August 4 at 12 pm IST. Shoppers can buy it via Amazon and the OnePlus online store. The phone is available in Burgundy Red and Ice Blue.

The OnePlus N6x is a dual-SIM smartphone. It ships with OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16. The device features a 6.8-inch HD+ LCD touchscreen. The display resolves to 720 x 1,570 pixels. It supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Pixel density reaches 254 ppi. Peak brightness hits 900 nits. Users can select vivid or natural color modes. Dark mode, screen color temperature adjustment, and eye protection mode are also available. The screen uses a 19.6:9 aspect ratio.

OnePlus claims the phone carries MIL-STD-810H durability certification. An octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Apex chipset drives the performance. It pairs with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. A vapour chamber cooling system helps manage heat. The cooling solution covers a 13,280 square millimeter heat dissipation area. This design helps prevent overheating and performance throttling.

For photography, the OnePlus N6x uses a single 13-megapixel rear camera. The lens has an f/2.2 aperture, a CMOS sensor, autofocus, and up to 10x digital zoom. A 5-megapixel front camera with an f/2.2 aperture handles selfies. The phone records video at up to 1080p resolution and 30 frames per second.

A 7,000mAh battery powers the device. It supports 15W wired fast charging and 5W wired reverse charging. The smartphone measures 166.38 x 78.13 x 8.65 mm and weighs about 214 grams.
