BGMI 4.6 Update Adds Midnight Hunters Mode Next Week
Krafton India will release Battlegrounds Mobile India version 4.6 next week. The studio confirmed the date as 16 September. The headline addition is Midnight Hunters, a supernatural theme mode. It stays live until 16 November 2026. Erangel gets a darker look. The map layout does not change.
New points of interest match the theme. Rozhok, Mylta, Quarry, and Gatka become Vampire Takeover sites. Stalber and Sosnovka Military Base host the Nightkeeper’s Hunter Guild. A shooting range is included for hunter training. A clock tower and Scream Crates also appear.
The mode adds themed creatures. Krafton named Bloodwalkers, Nightbats, and a Vampire Elder. An NPC called the Nightkeeper sits at the Hunter Guild. Players can take on a new look and a new set of abilities.
Themed items come with the mode. The Hunter Bandage speeds recovery. The Silvermoon Chain can be used in more than one way against creatures. Twilight Bat Wings unlock flight and a different way to cross the map.
Ocean Odyssey will return as well. The underwater theme comes back to Erangel on 30 September. It will run alongside Midnight Hunters. Krafton may publish more 4.6 details in the coming weeks.
The update window is short. Download day is 16 September. Midnight Hunters then runs for two months. Players who want the vampire POIs and flight item should plan around that calendar. Official patch notes will confirm file size and any mode-specific rules.
